  • The CwithAR XR app, available on supported XR headsets.

  • The CwithAR mobile AR viewer, which displays 3D models in a web browser via public links.

  • The CwithAR website (www.cwithar.com), which provides information, demo content, and pairing code functionality.

1.2 We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling data transparently and lawfully in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018, UK GDPR, and other applicable data protection laws.

 

 

2. Information We Collect

2.1 For Merchants (E-Commerce Integrations)

  • Platform Identifier: We collect your e-commerce platform account reference (e.g., store ID) to authenticate your use of CwithAR.

  • Model Information: We collect model location links (URLs, metadata) to connect your 3D content to the viewer.

  • No Personal Details: We do not collect merchant names, addresses, or payment information. Payments are handled by your e-commerce platform.

2.2 For Visitors (End-Users of AR and XR Apps)

  • No Accounts: We do not require signup, login, or personal information.

  • Technical Logs: We may collect anonymized device information, error reports, or crash data to improve service stability.

  • Pairing Codes: When you use the XR app with a code from our website, a temporary session identifier is generated. This code is not linked to personal data and expires after the session.

2.3 For Website Visitors (www.cwithar.com)

  • Standard Web Data: We may collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, and access logs for security and troubleshooting.

  • Demo Models: When viewing sample 3D content, no personal data is collected.

  • Cookies: We may use functional cookies for session management. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

 

 

3. How We Use Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

  • To provide access to CwithAR’s AR/XR visualization services.

  • To connect merchant models with end-user viewers.

  • To maintain security, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot issues.

  • To improve stability and performance of our services.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

4.1 We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.

4.2 We may share limited data only when necessary:

  • With third-party service providers (e.g., hosting providers, XR app stores, e-commerce platforms) to deliver the service.

  • To investigate misuse, fraud, or security risks.

4.3 Payments, billing, and subscription information are handled exclusively by your e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce). Teledomica never receives or processes your financial information.

 

 

5. Data Retention

  • Merchant platform identifiers and model links are retained only while the integration is active.

  • If a merchant cancels or uninstalls, we retain model connection records for one month in case of reactivation. After this period, they are permanently deleted.

  • Visitor pairing codes are temporary and expire at the end of each session.

  • Website logs are kept only as long as necessary for security and troubleshooting, usually up to 30 days.

 

 

6. International Data Transfers

Some technical data may be processed on servers outside the UK or EU (for example, cloud hosting providers). Where this occurs, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure your data is protected.

 

 

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights under data protection law:

  • Access: Request a copy of information we hold about you.

  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.

  • Deletion: Request deletion of information.

CwithAR does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The XR app must only be used by individuals who meet the minimum age requirements set by their XR headset provider (e.g., Meta requires 13+). Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising underage use.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. By continuing to use CwithAR after updates, you accept the revised policy.
